Since my daughter has taken my Mercury, buying, and my son wants his Mom's Taurus, buying also, I had to find me a daily driver. I found a 2006 Xterra S 4WD. It ought to do well for camping, hunting and getting me back and forth to work. For those that don't know, my wife passed away the middle of July. Still dealing with some of the bills and miscellaneous stuff. I still have my truck but like to have a couple vehicles just in case.

ya been missing the jeep and at one point i was about to buy one. most of the money was there and ready to do it. things feel threw like always.
kim and i been talking we are about to pay off all bills and we will be getting one just dont know when. with in the year we are thinking

there is a CJ 7 local and it is pretty he wants 3000 or Best offer. it needs a valve job i think. but man it is so pretty. The money is there but i really want to get all my bills payed off.

i wonder when they are just going to come on all the EON sites and say screw it we are turning these things off and just shut it down. every site is so dead and it sucks. dodge truck world i was there back in 03-05 and it was a jumping place i mean i would be off of it for a day and there would be 3 to 4 pages on the texas chapter just to read. i am on at the chevy site and cant get no one but a few people on. i try to get the texas chapter talking but no one posts. looked at alot of other sites on EON and they might have 2 members log in with in two to three days.
and as for jeeperz the texas chapter is the only one really talking and even then it is not like it use to be.... i think these places will be gone before long.

as far as some of these sites... some of them have been picking up new members here and there.. I dont know if it could ever be like it once was, but we can stick around ourselves..
I have flyers for this chapter that I hand out sometimes, but they never seem to work.. its too bad.. I paid a lot of money to get those flyers made
atleast we have some activity here, much better then some of the sites

ya i am trying to do the same over on chevy truck world. i just made a bunch of business cards to hand out. see if it helps. what is said is these sites are some of the only ones i am allowed to go to and nothing ever goes on. i get in about 8 to read the news and this and by 805 i am done with reading jeeperz, this one and chevy truck world. i am reading ford and dodge now just to read haha
